I hereby give permission to HIVE Marketing ("HIVE") Sdn Bhd to:

(i) store, process and / or use my personal information above for verification purposes and / or contact me;

(ii) publish my videos and photos (“Content”) for the purposes of advertising, publicity, sales promotion, merchandising website and for any other purpose related to the above without prior written notice or any royalties, fees or other monies owed from Hive Marketing Sdn Bhd to me for Content.

(iii) provide me, by letter, e-mail, SMS, telephone, etc., with information related to events and activities that HIVE thinks may be of interest to me;

(iv) disclose my personal information to its affiliates, service providers and / or business partners for the above purposes. HIVE cannot disclose my personal information to third parties for other purposes. I understand that I, may at any time access, change and update my personal information, and / or revoke my permission for the above purposes by calling 03-7625 9565 or writing to the Survey Department at Unit 2-8, Infinity Tower, Jalan SS 6/3, 47301 Petaling Jaya. Selangor.
